How does the Segway Navimow work without boundary wires?
Navimow uses EFLS (Exact Fusion Locating System) which utilizes GNSS satellite signals and RTK technology to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy, eliminating the need for physical perimeter wires.
What happens if the mower loses satellite signal?
The mower is equipped with multiple sensors and vision-based navigation (on select models) to maintain its path and safety even when the satellite signal is temporarily obstructed by trees or buildings.
What is your shipping policy for heavy garden equipment?
We offer free standard shipping on all Navimow units within the continental US. Due to the battery size and weight, these units are shipped via specialized ground carriers and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I return the product if it doesn't suit my lawn?
Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for units that have been installed and used.
Is the Navimow safe for households with pets and children?
Absolutely. Navimow features multiple safety layers including ultrasonic sensors for obstacle avoidance, a blade-stop induction sensor, and a tilt/lift sensor that immediately halts the blades if the unit is moved.
What kind of maintenance does the robotic mower require?
Maintenance is minimal. We recommend checking and replacing the cutting blades every 1-3 months depending on usage, and occasionally cleaning the underside of the mower with a brush to remove grass buildup.
