We want you to be completely satisfied with your Segway Navimow purchase; if your robotic mower does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Please ensure all accessories and components are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Mower
Clean the Navimow unit and base station, then pack all items securely in the original factory box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and reset the internal software, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
